Ebooks (digital products)

Ebooks are delivered instantly by email through our delivery partner, BookFunnel. Because digital files cannot be returned, all ebook sales are final once delivery has begun.

EU/UK customers: by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If your ebook file is faulty, won’t open, or you received the wrong title, email rasana@rasanaatreya.com and we will make it right — either a corrected file or a refund.

Print books

If your print book arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, contact us at rasana@rasanaatreya.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We will replace the book or refund you.

Because print books are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
